Young people generally do not pay enough attention to their health and fitness
Most of the teenagers have a bad lifestyle regarding health. They do not pay attention to their health or fitness.
In the first place, teen do not have healthy eating habits, because they do not consume healthy food like vegetable, fruits, etc. Nowadays teenagers prefer to eat junk food such as burgers, sandwitches, hot dogs. What is more teen give more value to hang out with friends and also spend their hours sleeping, as a result of this they do not do a lot of physical activities which is a good way to keep in shape.
However, there are some young people who practise sports and are interested about their health, and try to set aside bad habits like smoking, drinking alcohol....
Taking everything into account, I believe that young peolple should take care of their body through healthy food and also doing exercise.
